Helene is our lead for all things on change.

A champion for supporting and advocating for businesses and people through the change journey, Helene brings a depth of experience across a wide range of sectors from both large and small organisations, and local and international stages.

Helene recognises that change is a process of many small adjustments, usually over an extended period, involving various people and levels of support. Like conquering a mountain or taking a long walk, the real change happens on the journey.

Having held numerous senior leadership roles in the fields of human capital management, Helene has a specialised understanding of learning and development, organisational change management, business growth, and leadership development. These are brought to the table in her role as Partner & Principal Consultant at 6 Degrees Consulting.

When not at work Helene can be found with her feet firmly on the ground, taking a long walk (or run), camping, revegetating her ‘off the grid’ family property in the hills with her tribe, or disappearing for a while into the pages of a good book.
