Anne is our project/program and roadmap specialist.

Building her reputation in senior business consulting and practice management roles in the domains of project and program management, strategy and planning, Anne has executed large global projects in the UK, Europe and the Americas, across a broad range of industries.

With a passion for enabling programs/projects to deliver your strategy, Anne believes that enabling for realistic outcomes and benefits is where the rubber hits the road.

Anne knows the success of a project/program lies in necessary governance structures, effective communication, constant and timely risk management, and ensuring the outcomes and benefits are understood by, and embedded within your business.

Working with program and project management principles, methodologies and tools for much of her career, Anne has worked with organisations to execute effective governance structures, and coach key staff and executives to deliver successful outcomes.

Outside of the office, you can find Anne fulfilling her most important role as a Mum to twin boys. With the little time that remains, if she’s lucky, you will find her with her head in a book, at the gym, perfecting her (currently average) game of tennis or in the garden.
