Operating since 1935, Resthaven is an esteemed not-for-profit organisation and among just a handful of aged care providers in Australia that offer the full suite of aged care service options.

As Resthaven moved to modernise its operations, it was aware of the challenges of future proofing the organisation without compromising its high level of service delivery.

An audit and assessment highlighted necessary improvements and replacements in Resthaven’s systems, and a five-year body of work has followed to deliver and implement a master plan and roadmap that ultimately saw Resthaven transition away from its core legacy system, toward modern, best of breed and scalable solutions that will sustain future growth.
